Starbucks @ Sapporo, Hokkaido Japan (札幌のStarbucks, パセオ店)



















It's my first backpacking in Hokkaido in 2005. The first snow was coming while I arrived at Shin Sapporo Sheraton Hotel in the evening.















I took the JR train from Shin Sapporo to Sapporo and found the Starbucks coffee shop inside the Sapporo JR station. Taking a cup of cappuccino (トールカプチーノ) and studying my itinerary for the backpacking.















The cappuccino taste yummy. Is that caused by mixing up the sweet Hokkaido milk? I don't know...

Starbucks @ Aachen, Germany

The Starbucks locates in front of Aachen City Hall (Rathaus).















It was a raining day. I walked around the small town and played a visit to the plaza of Aachen city hall. Veteran Fireman's Association in Aachen was celebrating their holiday and they all standed in the fire engine sounding its horn.















I ordered a cup of Starbucks Caramel Macchiato and said "Grande, Extra hot, please"
They told me that " We (Europe) steam our milk to around 167 deg. F (75 deg. C) and it's hotter than yours (US)." ... "But I like it a bit hotter than that." Normally, I like to steam the milk up to 82 deg. C.















It's a very tasty drink, very addictive...
